We would like to clarify a few concerns regarding the tallying of goals for the Golden Boot.

With the golden boot initially introduced last season, it was decided early on that players scoring for other teams would not have the tally added to their golden boot total.... only goals scored for their own team...

Some players like to play 2 games a week, which is great as it helps out teams short on the night, but thats their choice, and its simply an unfair advantage to other players in the Golden Boot running who only play one game each week.

For that reason alone there is no addition to an individuals tally when playing and scoring as a guest player.
