A General Notice to All Players & Particularly Team Organisers

Registered Members of their team are the only players to sign their SIGN ON SHEET (Not Borrowed Players)

ON THE MATCH CARD THAT GOES TO THE REFEREE

Borrowed players PRINT their WHOLE NAME (NOT JUST THEIR FIRST NAME AND NOT JUST THEIR SURNAME NAME)

They also put their Shirt no. in the section that says Shirt No ( the first column on the left). Don't leave it spare!

Borrowed players should Put a 'B' in the Name Column on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of their name directly next to the GOALS SCORED section. They also need to put on a borrowed players WRISTBAND and return it to the table after the game.

All players must have a shirt number beside their name. If Pre-printed names and shirt numbers do not match then emend it.

UNREGISTERED PLAYERS

No unregistered or unfinancial players are to take the field.

Only registered players will be put on their teams Sign-on sheet if they aren't on a sign on sheet then they can't take the field until it gets sorted out at the table.
